Welcome to WVSJ's Training & Development program! We provide consulting and external advocacy for other organizations. As the fastest-growing veteran population, women veterans are an untapped resource that can help other organizations and companies succeed. We work with our women veterans to learn to leverage existing skills and acquire new ones to achieve their full potential. Our program is designed to help veterans and military women thrive by providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed. With our program, women veterans can learn to take control of their careers and achieve success both during and after their military service.
